We found the location of the accommodation to be exceptional, surrounded by fruit gardens and beautiful flowers, creating a peaceful environment. the rooms were reported to be neat and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests appreciated the homemade, hygienic food served and the helpful and polite staff members, enhancing the overall experience.
The lack of daily cleaning and water bottle provision may inconvenience some guests.

Marvellous and awesome location, overall I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.
The room was neat with an electric kettle, a fridge, and a stovetop. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The employees were helpful all the time. Location: the hotel was really close to nature as well as city life.

I got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room, which was a nice gesture. the location is great for Chail, as it is close to nature and city life. - Everything exceeded my high expectations. I would love to stay there again on my next trip.

The twin/double room had all the basic facilities we needed. the mountain view was a delightful bonus. the staff were attentive and impressively efficient. the hotel's location was wonderfully situated, offering a mix of nature and city life nearby.
